A comfortable sofa-bed (double) provides the sleeping arrangement for the third and fourth guests.<span style=""> </span>The kitchen is fitted with a<span style=""> </span>quality cooker, microwave and washing machine.<span style=""> </span>A TV/DVD is provided (with a selection of DVDs) and access to the owners book library is given for the duration of your stay.</span><span style=""><o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

<p style="text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" class="MsoNormal"><font face="Trebuchet MS" color="#666666" size="2"><span lang="FR">The gite is available for rent all year, and if you decide to come and experience the Limousin in low or mid-season we can assure your warmth and comfort.<span style=""> </span>The bathroom is equipped with an electric heater that fills the room with warm air in a very short time.<span style=""> </span>The main body of the gite is heated by means of a wood burner in the sitting room.<span style=""> </span>A daily allowance of wood is included in the tariff during the appropriate seasons.</span></font></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" class="MsoNormal"><font face="Trebuchet MS" color="#666666" size="2"><span lang="FR">Outside there is a small private garden area with terrace, seating and barbeque situated to make the most of daylong sunshine (sunshine not guaranteed, of course - but we'll put in a request!!), and an 'above ground' swimming pool (approximately 24 x 12 foot) next to the terrace is also available for the guests.</span></font></p>
