Information :
The Davies-Santos family invite you to holiday at Le Clozet, their lovingly restored Gascon farmhouse, set in its own parkland in the picturesque hilltop village of Pouy Roquelaure. Situated between Agen & Condom, is well placed for visiting the many medieval towns and villages of Gascony. For food & wine lovers the Gers is a gastronomic heaven. 



Le Clozet has two three bedroom gites, all with en-suite bedrooms, a large bright living area with two three seater sofas, television and DVD player, well equipped modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, full size oven and ceramic hob. There is a private terrace with views onto the surrounding countryside.  Our large park has mature trees and lawns. There is a fully enclosed 12m x 6m swimming pool with magnificent views. Honesty bar for drinks and ice creams. On a clear day guests can also see the spectacular mountains of the Pyrenees, only a two hour drive away. Play equipment for children, table tennis, fitness area, bicycles.

At Le Clozet we can also offer an optional 4 course evening dinner with aperitif and wine for those evenings when you do not feel like cooking.

Change over normally Saturday. Other days can be accommodated if required to coincide with airline timetables.

All linen provided except pool towels.

Secure parking within our property.

There is an outside covered games area with table tennis, children’s toys and a selection of exercise machines. Board games and books also available for the rare occasions when the weather is inclement.

We do not accept pets.

We are child friendly and can make available cots and high chairs. Also for guests who stay on a half board basis we can offer a simple tea for the children so adults can eat evening dinner in peace and quiet.

La Bergerie is one of our gites, situated between Agen and Condom, is well placed for visiting the many medieval towns and villages of Gascony. Fources is especially worth visiting as it is the only round bastide of the region. For guests with young families or the young at heart there is the Walibi fun park at Agen or the water park at Condom, as well as horse-riding, boating, karting, golf and tennis within easy reach.



For food and wine lovers the Gers is a gastronomic heaven, famous for Foie Gras, Confit and Magret de Canard, Armagnac, Floc, Buzet and Madiran wines. For walkers, the pilgrim route of St James of Compostella passes nearby. Whether you enjoy lazy or active holidays, Le Bergerie is for you.



Guests can relax around our large 12m x 6m swimming pool taking in the magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding countryside whilst sipping a cool drink from our honesty bar. On a clear day guests can also see the spectacular mountains of the Pyrenees, only a two hour drive away.



Our grounds have many mature oak and walnut trees offering welcoming shade from the Gascon sun. The Gers benefits from nine months of sunshine each year.



All the accommodation at La Bergerie has been finished to the highest standard offering modern facilities whilst retaining many original features such as beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls.  La Bergerie is a three bedroom self catering apartment with own outside dining area. The gites consist of a large, bright living-dining room with 2 three seater sofas, large dining table to seat 6 and television with DVD player.



The modern fully equipped kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. All bedrooms are double or twin with en-suite facilities. 



Tea and coffee trays, hair dryers and toiletries are provided. Rooms include original features such as exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings.



During high season rooms are offered on a half board basis only, with guests enjoying home cooked four course meals inclusive of aperitif and wine, served outside in the shade of our arched terrace.
